
Cacao Chai
Ingredients:
Serves 3, hot or cold.
- 3 cardamom pods
- 3 fennel seeds
- 2 tbsp of RAWBEING organic cacao powder
- 2 dates, pitted
- 2cm fresh ginger
- 2 cloves
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of rice or almond milk
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
Method:
Grind the cardamom, cloves, fennel and cinnamon in a mortar and pestle. To the blender add ginger, cacao, dates, ground spices, rice or almond milk and 1 cup of boiled water. Blend on high-speed for another minute and serve either hot or leave to cool and chill to serve cold.
